John Goetz
With 30 years of experience, John Goetz is Senior Vice President and Senior Program Underwriter at Minglewood Risk. He brings extensive expertise and multiple licenses to provide outstanding service to insureds, brokers, and carriers. John is a key contributor to marketing and partnerships in the New York commercial property and casualty market. His licenses include Independent General Adjuster (NY), Surplus Lines Broker (NY, NJ), Property/Casualty/Life/Health Broker (NY, NJ), and multi-line broker (PA). Outside work, John enjoys boating and golfing.

James “Jay” Hubbard is Assistant Vice President and Senior Program Underwriter at Minglewood Risk, with 25 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance. Jay is a highly respected underwriter within the New York market, known for his exceptional ability to help brokers and clients secure the coverage they need to protect their interests. He holds an Independent General Adjuster License (New York) and Producer Property/Casualty Licenses in both New York and New Jersey.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys golfing and fishing.
